Terms of Service

Listing Revamp is a software-as-a-service tool that helps Amazon sellers create and optimize product listings. It analyzes the market data you provide (reviews, keyword exports, competitor information and similar inputs) and uses third-party AI models to generate listing copy, images and related deliverables.

• You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• Workspace (brand) administrators may invite additional users; each user needs their own account. Seats are limited by your plan.
• We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms, abuse the Service, or create risk for other customers.

Paid plans and credit packs are sold through our merchant of record, Paddle. Paddle handles the checkout, collects and remits applicable VAT/sales tax, and issues your invoices; their terms apply to the payment transaction. Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. You can change or cancel your plan at any time from Settings → Plan → Manage billing; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy. We may change plan prices with at least 30 days’ notice, effective from your next billing period.

• You retain all rights to the data you upload (reviews, keyword files, product information, brand assets) and to the outputs generated for you. You grant us the limited license needed to process that data in order to provide the Service.
• You are responsible for having the right to upload the data you provide.
• If you connect your own AI provider API keys (bring-your-own-key plans), you are responsible for those keys and any charges the provider bills you. Keys are stored encrypted, used server-side only, and never shared.

Outputs are produced by AI models and may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for your marketplace. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content — including claims, keywords and images — before publishing it, and for compliance with Amazon's policies and any laws applicable to your products. We do not guarantee rankings, sales or listing approval.

• No unlawful, infringing or deceptive use, including generating content you know to be false or prohibited on the marketplaces you sell on.
• No attempts to probe, disrupt or overload the Service, or to access other customers' data.
• No reselling or white-labeling the Service without our written agreement.
• Fair use applies to plan limits described as fair-use; we may throttle abusive usage.

We provide the Service on an “as is” and “as available” basis and continuously improve it; features may change over time. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may discontinue the Service with at least 30 days’ notice, in which case prepaid, unused fees will be refunded pro rata.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total aggregate liability arising from the Service is limited to the amounts you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for material breach of these Terms. Upon account deletion we delete or anonymize your workspace data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law (e.g. accounting records).

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania; mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected. Disputes are subject to the competent Romanian courts unless applicable law provides otherwise. Questions about these Terms: support@listvamp.com.
